MWDS : Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) The Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation (MWDS) is mandated to implement water resources development and management, water supply and sanitation and management support services programmes as outlines in the Vision 2030, National Development Plan (NDP) and Ministerial Strategic Plan. In implementing these programmes the Ministry developed the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (M & E) aimed at facilitating the tracking progress of programmes and projects towards the attainment of the set targets.
